Digital products & right of withdrawal
Our products are digital content delivered immediately. Under EU consumer law and German law (BGB §356(5)), you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. At checkout you give your express consent to immediate access and acknowledge that, by starting to access the content, you waive this 14-day right of withdrawal. This consent is what lets us grant you instant access.
Our refund commitment
Access begins the moment you activate your license key (your first sign-in, which unlocks the lessons and materials). If you have not yet activated your key, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Once your key has been activated and the materials unlocked, the purchase is non-refundable. Free preview lessons are available before you buy, so you can decide with evidence.
Subscriptions (indicators)
Indicator subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will not renew after the current billing period. Payments already made for the current period are non-refundable, but you keep access until that period ends.
