1. What we provide
Conflux Method provides educational content and software tools for futures and options trading (lessons, handouts, indicators and journals). We do not provide trading signals, managed accounts, or individual investment advice.
2. License & access
On purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the materials you bought. You may not share, resell, redistribute, sublicense or publicly post the content, license keys, or indicator access. Indicator access on TradingView and any subscriptions are governed by their stated terms and billing periods.
3. Intellectual property
All course materials, indicators, text, graphics and code remain the property of Conflux Method and are protected by copyright. No rights are transferred beyond the license above.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to circumvent access controls, scrape, copy or reverse-engineer the materials, or use them unlawfully.
If you post a review or a question, it must be your own and lawful. You grant us a non-exclusive right to publish it on the site (reviews and answered questions display your name). Do not submit misleading, abusive, or unlawful content, or anyone else's personal data; we may edit or remove submissions at our discretion.
5. No investment advice; risk
The materials are for education only and are not individual investment advice. Trading carries a high risk of capital loss. See our Risk Disclosure. You act at your own risk.
6. Payments & refunds
Payments are processed by Whop. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Conflux Method is not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the materials. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; the current version is posted here. Material changes take effect on posting.
9. Governing law
